How is the academy different from team training?

In the academy each person learns on their own, online and in Russian. Team training is led by a trainer: 54 academic hours at your office or online, in Estonian, Russian or English.

How long does the course take?

There is no timetable, so you set the pace. Each lesson has four slides, a video of about four minutes and eight questions, and the assessment opens after the eighteenth lesson.

Write to us. A company can ask for invitations for its staff, and a private person for themselves. There is no self-registration: the only way in is a personal invitation link.

What does the certificate confirm?

That the person has mastered all 18 lessons and passed the final assessment. There is no public check: on request, WebWay confirms a certificate by its number.
