When we leave, somebody has to run it

We teach the people already on your team to work with your agents — write the instructions, read what the agent got wrong, fix it. Then we certify what they can do, in their own name.

What the programme is

What your team actually learns

Not prompt theory. The work: writing the instruction an agent follows, reading the conversations it had overnight, finding the answer it got wrong, and changing the instruction so that answer does not come back.

They learn on your agent, with your services and your own difficult clients in it. There is no practice sandbox belonging to a made-up company.

  • Write and change the instructions the agent works from.
  • Read a night of conversations and spot the bad answer.
  • Set the line where the agent stops and calls a person.
  • Add a service, a rule or a price without us.
  • Recognise when the right move is to switch it off.

Tunnistus — the certificate and the reference

The people who can do the work get a Tunnistus in their own name, issued by WebWay OÜ. It carries a reference, and anyone — a new employer, a client, an auditor — can check that reference and see who issued it and what the person was assessed on.

We do not hand one to everybody who sat in the room. If somebody did not do the work, they do not get the paper, and you are told which is which.

  • Issued in the person's name, by WebWay OÜ.
  • Carries a reference anyone can check.
  • States what was assessed, not how many hours were attended.
  • Belongs to the person, not to the employer.

Where it happens, and in which language

At your place, at your own screens, in short sessions fitted between shifts — or on a call if the team is spread out. Nobody is moved into a classroom for a week.

Estonian, Russian or English. We teach in the language the team argues in, not the one the documents are written in.

  • On your premises or on a call.
  • Short sessions around the working day.
  • Small groups — only the people who will touch it.
  • Estonian, Russian or English.

How we know it worked

On the last day we stop answering. Your team takes the agent through a real change on their own — a new service, a rule they want enforced, a bad answer they have to correct — while we sit and watch.

That session is the assessment. There is no written exam, because writing about an agent is not the job. Whatever they could not do, we teach again before we finish.

What stays behind when we go

Your team keeps the instructions the agent runs on, a record of what was changed and why, and one page naming who in your building does what when the agent misbehaves.

That last page matters more than it sounds. Most of what goes wrong is not the agent. It is that nobody knew it was their job to look.

  • The agent's instructions, in writing, in your hands.
  • A record of every change and the reason for it.
  • One page: who looks, who fixes, who decides.
  • A way to reach us that is not the only way to fix things.

Who this is not for

This is training for a team that has an agent, or is about to. It is not an introduction to AI, and the programme is not a fixed syllabus — it changes as the work changes, because what an agent can do keeps moving.

  • Anyone wanting a general tour of AI. A public course does that better.
  • Companies with no agent and no plan for one. There is nothing to practise on.
  • A team sent along by a manager who has not decided what the agent is for. Decide first.
  • People who want a qualification for the wall. This one says what somebody can do, and we check.
  • Anyone who would rather we simply stayed forever. That is support, and it is a different conversation.

How it runs

  1. We look at what you already run

Which agents you have, what they are allowed to touch, and who in your building is closest to them today. If the answer is nobody, that is the first thing to fix — and it is a rota question before it is a training one.

  2. We pick the people

Two or three, not everyone. Whoever answers clients now, whoever untangles the schedule, and whoever in the office is unafraid of a settings screen. Seniority is not the criterion.

  3. Sessions on your own agent

Short, hands on keyboards, on the live thing with a safety line. They change what they are allowed to change and watch what it does. Each session ends with something in the business genuinely different.

  4. The handover day

We go quiet and they run it. We write down every part they could not manage, and teach that part again rather than leaving it in a report.

  5. Tunnistus

The ones who can do the work are certified in their own name, with a reference anyone can check. Where somebody is not there yet, we tell you plainly and say what would close the gap.

Questions

How long does this take?
It depends on how many people and how much your agent is allowed to do. We can answer once we have seen both. What we will not do is sell you a fixed block of days before anyone knows what goes in them.
Our staff are not technical. Is that a problem?
No. The people who turn out best at this are usually the ones who answer clients all day, because they already know what a good answer looks like. Writing an instruction in plain words is most of the skill.
What if the person we train leaves?
The certificate goes with them, because it is theirs. What stays with you is the written instructions and the record of changes, so the next person starts from what is on paper instead of what somebody remembered. We train the replacement.
What if we want to stop working with you?
Then you stop. The instructions your agent runs on are in your hands and in plain words, not locked inside something only we can open. A team that can run it without us is a team that can leave us, and we would rather that than a client who is stuck.
Is the certificate worth anything outside Estonia?
It is ours, not a state qualification, and we say so plainly. What it carries is a reference: anyone can check who issued it and what the person was assessed on. That is more than most training certificates can show, and less than a diploma. Judge it on that.
Could you just run the agent for us instead?
We can, and some clients want exactly that. Say so and we will set it up. Know what you are choosing, though: every change then goes through us, and on the day we are slow, you wait.

The test is not whether your team can talk about agents — it is whether they can fix one on a Tuesday morning.
