The rules of the Academy programme

For the learner taking the programme and for the employer who enrolled them. You both read the same rules; there is no separate version for either of you.

Cohort 01, the first group of learners. If a rule applies only to cohort 01 and is not a promise for later groups, the clause says so.

There is one programme. Its name is in Russian, because the programme is written in Russian and the name is printed in Russian on the certificate:

We do not translate the name. If this page showed a translated name and the certificate the Russian one, they would look like two different programmes.

The programme has eighteen lessons, numbered one to eighteen and taken in that order.

Each lesson is four slides and eight practice questions. All lessons are the same size, so none counts for more because it is longer.

They come at the end of each lesson, and getting them wrong is fine: they are there to practise. They are not the assessment, and the certificate is not issued on them.

The final assessment has thirty-six questions.

To pass, you need at least thirty correct answers out of thirty-six.

Six of the questions are critical, and every one of them has to be right.

So there are two conditions, and both must be met: at least thirty correct answers, and all six critical questions right. Thirty correct answers with one critical question wrong is not a pass.

You can hand in the assessment five times in one day. Only a handed-in assessment counts: opening it and leaving without handing it in uses nothing up.

Failing takes nothing away. Lessons you have already mastered stay mastered, and you can start the next try straight away, as long as you have not used the day's five.

The cohort 01 assessment has no written part. This applies to cohort 01 only and is not a promise about later cohorts.

A learner who passes the assessment. That is the only condition: attendance does not count, and neither does anything that happened before the assessment.

The certificate is a PDF. WebWay OÜ issues it, and the company's name and its Estonian registry code 17529905 are printed on it.

The document carries these fields:

• The learner's name.
• WebWay OÜ, and registry code 17529905.
• The name of the programme.
• The dates.
• A document number.
• The country and the date of issue.

There is no accreditation seal, no ministry emblem and no logo of any other organisation on it. None of these applies to this document, and printing one would say something about it that is not true.

The certificate carries the name of the learner who passed. The name of the company that enrolled them is not on it.

If the person leaves the company, they keep the certificate and their login, and can still open and download it. The employer can take away their place on the programme, and after that no new certificate is issued.

It is WebWay OÜ's own document. It is not a state qualification and it is not issued under anyone else's authority.

So this site never describes it with any of the following words, and if you see them used about it, they are wrong: accredited, internationally recognised, EU-approved, AI Act certified, ministry-recognised, Article 4 compliant.

Claude is named on this site because the programme teaches how to work with it. Claude does not endorse anything here, and neither does anyone else.

Learners cannot sign themselves up. A learner joins a cohort when an employer invites them.

There is no separate employer account or dashboard. We keep the records and report to you: each learner's progress and how the cohort as a whole is doing. In cohort 01, these are the two things we report.

If you are counting on something not listed here, ask us first. We promise only what is written here.

This is the default. If you are a learner, the employer who enrolled you is told how you are doing: which lessons you have mastered and how your assessment went.

It is worth knowing before you start, so we state it here as a rule and not as a line in a settings screen.

A learner profile, a mastery path, points and a leaderboard are part of the programme.

Points and a place on the leaderboard do not count towards passing. Only the assessment decides whether a certificate is issued.

The certificate shows what was assessed, not how many points someone collected along the way.

A training record shows who trained, on what, when and with what result. We keep this record and hand it to you.

You cannot open it yourself on a screen. If you need the record, ask us for it.

The EU AI Act places an AI-literacy obligation on deployers, meaning organisations that use AI systems. Enforcement began on 2 August 2026. The European Commission states that no certificate is required, and that an organisation can keep an internal record of the training it has given.

That record is what we offer: we keep it and hand it to you. We do not sell compliance with the Act. Nobody can, and anyone who claims to is selling you something else.
