The rules of the Academy programme

The learner taking the programme, and the employer who enrolled them. There is no second version of these rules for either of you: the two of you are reading the same ones.

Cohort 01. Where a rule holds for cohort 01 and is not a promise about the next one, the clause says so in its own words rather than leaving you to guess.

There is one programme. Its name stands in Russian, which is the language it was written in and the language it is printed in on the certificate:

It is not translated here. A translated name on an untranslated document would be a second title for the same thing, and then two documents would disagree about what somebody studied.

The programme is eighteen lessons, numbered one to eighteen, taken in that order.

Four slides and eight practice questions. Every lesson is that shape, so no lesson carries more weight than another because of its length.

They close a lesson and they are there to be got wrong. They are not the assessment, and they are not what the certificate is issued on.

The final assessment is thirty-six questions.

Thirty correct answers pass. Twenty-nine do not.

Six of the questions are critical, and every one of them has to be right.

Thirty correct answers with one critical question wrong is not a pass. The count and the critical six are two conditions, not one, and the second one has no margin in it.

The assessment can be handed in five times in one day. Opening one and leaving it costs nothing: only a handed-in assessment spends a count.

Failing takes nothing away. The lessons already mastered stay mastered, and the next go can start immediately, for as long as the day's five last.

Cohort 01's assessment has no written part. That is a statement about cohort 01, not about the cohort after it.

A learner who passes the assessment. That is the whole condition. Attendance is not part of it, and neither is anything that happened before the assessment.

The certificate is a PDF. WebWay OÜ issues it, and the company's name and its Estonian registry code 17529905 are printed on it.

The document carries these fields:

• The learner's name.
• WebWay OÜ, and registry code 17529905.
• The name of the programme.
• The dates.
• A document number.
• The country and the date of issue.

No accreditation seal, no ministry emblem and no third party's logo goes on it. None of them applies to it, and printing one would say something about the document that is not true.

The certificate carries the name of the learner who passed. The company that enrolled them is not a field on it.

If that person leaves the company, the document and their sign-in stay theirs: the certificate can still be opened and downloaded. What an employer can withdraw is the place on the programme — and after that no new certificate is issued.

It is WebWay OÜ's own document. It is not a state qualification and it is not issued under anyone else's authority.

So these words are not used about it anywhere on this site, and if you see them used about it they are wrong: accredited, internationally recognised, EU-approved, AI Act certified, ministry-recognised, Article 4 compliant.

Claude is named on this site as the subject the programme teaches. It endorses nothing here, and neither does anyone else.

Nobody signs themselves up. A learner is in a cohort because an employer invited them into it.

Not through a screen of their own — there is not one. We hold the record and we report it: each learner's progress, and how the cohort stands. Those two, in cohort 01.

If you are planning around something that is not named here, ask first. A capability we have not stated is one we have not promised.

By default. If you are the learner: the employer who enrolled you is told how you are getting on — which lessons you have mastered, and how the assessment went.

That is worth knowing before you start, which is why it is a clause here rather than a line in a settings screen.

A learner profile, a mastery path, points and a leaderboard are part of the programme.

Points do not pass anyone. A position on the leaderboard does not pass anyone. The assessment is the only thing that decides whether a certificate is issued.

The certificate says what was assessed — not how many points were collected on the way there.

A record of training is who trained, on what, when, and with what result. That record exists and we keep it — we read it, and we hand it to you.

There is no screen you open yourself. Better said plainly than described as a view that is not there: if you need the record, ask us for it.

The EU AI Act places an AI-literacy obligation on deployers — organisations that use AI systems — and enforcement of it began on 2 August 2026. The European Commission states that no certificate is required, and that an organisation can keep an internal record of the training it has given.

That record is what we are offering you — kept by us and handed over, not a screen you log into. Not compliance: nobody can sell you that, and anyone who says they can is selling you something else.
