1. About these terms

“We” and “WebWay” mean WebWay OÜ. “You” means the visitor or client using the website. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Our services

WebWay is a digital studio that builds websites, online stores and AI agents and provides related support. Descriptions, packages and prices on the website are for information only and are not a binding offer.

3. Quotes, offers and agreements

Any quote we give is an estimate based on the information available at the time and is not binding until confirmed. Binding obligations arise only when we and the client sign a separate agreement (or confirm an offer in writing) that sets out scope, timeline and price.

4. Acceptable use of the website

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, or scrape it by automated means without our permission.
• Submit false information or someone else’s personal data without a legal basis.

5. Intellectual property

All content on webway.ee — text, design, graphics, animation, code and the WebWay name and logo — is owned by WebWay OÜ or used with permission and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our prior written consent.

Ownership of materials we create for a client within a project is governed by that project’s agreement.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the information accurate and the site running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Estonian law, including the Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus), we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. We aim to resolve any dispute through negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be settled by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus). A consumer may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet, www.ttja.ee) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
