We build it around the way your team already works, so you do not have to change your work to fit someone else's software. We plan it, design it, build it and look after it once it is live.

To find out how last week went, you have to check three places: a spreadsheet, someone's email and one employee's head. Every week someone copies the same numbers from one place to another and sometimes makes mistakes. The software you pay for every month is full of functions you do not use, yet it cannot do the one thing you need. So a spreadsheet stays open next to it, and that is the spreadsheet everyone trusts.
The solution
We bring the whole job together on one screen: orders, clients, bookings and stock. It has search, filters and statuses you can read at a glance, on a computer or a phone. We build custom web apps and dashboards around your work steps and the names your team already uses, instead of a ready-made template. We start with the one screen that takes up most of your time and give it to you early. Then the app grows from a small working version (developers call it an MVP) into the full system. Nothing built along the way is thrown away.

Frequently asked questions
- Do we have to build all of it at once?
- No, and we would advise against it. We choose the one screen that takes up most of your time, build it and give it to your team. What you learn from using it tells us what to build next.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on how much goes into the first version. That is why we keep the first version small: you start working in it while we build the rest.
- Will it work with the tools we already pay for?
- Usually yes. Most accounting programs, card payment services, calendars, email services and client databases (CRM) have a standard way to connect (an API), and we use it. If something cannot be connected, we tell you before you sign anything.
- Can you take over something we already have?
- Yes. We often take over an existing app, or one that someone started and did not finish. We read the code and continue from there, so you do not have to start from zero.
- Will it work on a phone?
- Yes. It is the same tool with the same login, arranged for a small screen. It opens in the phone's browser, so there is nothing to install from an app store.
- Who owns it?
- You do. From the first day, the code, the data, the logins and the written instructions are in your name. You do not depend on us.
- What happens after launch?
- We can keep improving it, or hand over the access and the instructions to your own team. Both are common, and you can switch from one to the other later.
