Client & task

NobleNeedle embroiders logos and designs on clothing to order. Every order used to start with a round of messages: what size, where to place the embroidery, how much it will cost. That put customers off and cost the atelier hours. They needed a store where a customer puts the item together and sees the price at once, without writing a single email.

What we did

• Designed a configurator where the customer picks the item and colour, uploads a logo, and chooses the size and position of the embroidery
• Set up the price so it changes the moment the customer changes the size or position
• Styled the store in the brand's black and gold
• Fitted checkout onto one screen, with a preview of how the embroidery will look

How it is built

The customer sees their item on screen, with the place where the embroidery will go. The price updates with every choice. The store is built for phones first, loads fast, and is ready for online payments and links to other services. Before production, the final mockup is agreed with the customer.
