A massage therapist's site that books clients itself and sells recovery products

Client & task

Maksim took every booking himself, by message and by phone, often outside working hours. Some clients gave up before he replied, some booked and did not come, and he could sell recovery products only in person. He needed a site that replies to clients, books them and sells products on its own, in the client's language and without him.

What we did

• Built the studio's site: services, prices for 30/60/90 minutes and booking in a couple of clicks
• Added an AI assistant that answers questions, helps choose a service and books a free time, day and night
• Added a shop for recovery products: mats, massage guns, oils and gift cards, with delivery across Tallinn
• Made the site in Estonian, Russian and English, fast and easy to use on a phone

How it is built

The site has a dark, film-like design with a video on the first screen. It is made for phones first and loads fast. The AI assistant understands questions in three languages, sees free times and books the appointment itself, and passes difficult cases to the therapist. The shop and the bookings are on one site, and clients get reminders so fewer of them miss a visit.
