Client & task
Maksim took bookings by hand — over chat and phone, often outside working hours. Some clients dropped off before he replied, no-shows happened, and he could only sell recovery products in person. He needed a site that answers, books and upsells itself — without the therapist, and in the client's language.
What we did
- Built a premium studio site: services, prices for 30/60/90 minutes and booking in a couple of clicks
- Added an AI assistant that replies, picks the right service and books a free slot 24/7
- Added a wellness shop — mats, massage guns, oils, gift cards — with delivery across Tallinn
- Shipped three languages (Estonian, Russian, English) and a fast mobile layout

The AI assistant understands requests in three languages, sees free slots and books the appointment itself, handing tricky cases to the therapist. Shop and bookings live in one place, with reminders to cut no-shows.
